- Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
