Space Age Technologies really came to the party in helping us consolidate our three cellars, namely: Graham Beck Wines Franschhoek, Graham Beck Wines Robertson and Steenberg Vineyards, into a unified IT platform, vastly improving e-mail & collaboration and line-of-business application capabilities via a hosted IT solution. The whole migration project was done on schedule with very little disruption to our end-users and no downtime during our normal production hours. Being able to run Ezywine Management Software and VIP Payroll from a central server in Stellenbosch has allowed Graham Beck Enterprises to consolidate our databases thus eliminating group management reporting pains. It has also allowed us to rationalise certain functions and processes within our organisation. Our expectations were surpassed with the speed at which SAT was able to complete this project and with their professional approach throughout.

Space Age Technologies has been supporting our business with hardware planning and acquisition and server monitoring services since its inception. They recently converted our servers to terminal servers, enabling remote users to access critical documents and applications on the servers at the same speed as if they were in the office. Their service is great and their recommendations have really added value to our business. We would recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely thankful for the professional and efficient support we have with our IT department (Space Age Technologies), they are always willing to help, they are very competent and extremely patient. I’m not sure if we always realise how lucky we are to have that support available to us as and when we need it.

I just wanted to send some recognition through to you for some of the work that some of your team members have given to DataOrbis over the past few weeks. We’ve been using SAT quite a bit over the last few weeks and your guys have really bent backwards to accommodate us. At DataOrbis we really believe that hard work should be acknowledged, and in this regard I’m sending this email.
I’m sure that there are some guys in the background that have assisted, but the guys that have been dealing with me on a fairly regular basis… are always highly competent and find some creative solutions to some of the problems that we experience, and most of all there is solid communication to me over ticket progress, and they always get confirmation of the problem being solved once done. This is great as often with other companies it’s just marked as “Done” without actually asking me to test/confirm.
