I only have positive things to say based on my experiences and I have found UNAPEN extremely easy to work with. I think that when it comes to technology, it is often difficult for those with advanced knowledge to effectively communicate with someone not as familiar or just learning. In my experience, everyone at UNAPEN is very good at simplifying the task at hand and exhibiting a good deal of patience working through problems.

On those rare occasions when we have a problem, UNAPEN’s engineers are on the phone or on-site quickly to resolve it.
