When I was in a panic and completely confused, the TARC technician came on site and calmly investigated and explained in layman’s terms what happened and what needed to happen going forward. They always know how to soothe frayed nerves when we have to deal with any kind of stressful IT issue.

Before being introduced to TARC Technologies, our internal IT medical network was very unstable. We were not able to communicate with our south Austin office and transfer encrypted X-ray images the way we wanted. The server was very unstable and we had no reliable backup solution in place. After many months of putting up with this frustration TARC Technologies came in and saved the day. They were able to rebuild our network to industry standard best practices and allow all of our users to connect to our EMR system as they should. All of the day to day battles we had with our IT have gone away.
