One of the best things that Zenzero does is keep you fully informed with regards to project timings, this is imperative when you are running a business as you want the lowest level of impact as possible. To aid this further we were given a project manager which is your single point of contact throughout the process and into the handover period.
Now that we have had the solution in place for some time one of the advantages of Zenzero over our previous supplier is that due to Zenzero’s size and depth of knowledge throughout the business, there is always someone on hand to assist with any problems that arise without having to wait too long.
Overall the advantages of working with Zenzero have been less downtime and a greater level of confidence in the new equipment that’s been installed along with the way it’s all maintained. Staff responsiveness and the fact there is always someone on hand is what makes Zenzero stand out from the crowd.

The expertise that Zenzero have in relation to creation of new software and integration of systems meant the whole project went very smoothly. The personable team approach also meant that the project was actually enjoyable!

My favourite thing about Zenzero has to be the staff; they are always incredibly friendly and courteous as well as being exceedingly helpful, it’s certainly a massive difference from dealing with BT!

We had looked into moving suppliers in the past, but we were worried about how difficult this would be, but with Zenzero the whole process was painless; we couldn’t believe how easy it was.
The results have been fantastic, the new system is very responsive and reliable, and the user experience has also improved. Although we are yet to have any issues, we know that Zenzero are just at the end of the phone should we need them, this is very reassuring.
Zenzero has also provided us with a detailed Service Level Agreement, which gives us all the information we need about who to contact when we need support and what is covered.
The whole team at Zenzero have been very supportive and Craig was particularly helpful throughout the whole process, even working long hours to ensure our data was successfully migrated to the new system quickly, with minimum downtime or disruption.
Since moving to the Zenzero cloud, we have noticed very little downtime, and this is complemented by the new broadband line we had put in by WarwickNet. Productivity has increased because we have a consistently reliable connection to the new system.

We found engaging with Zenzero as a business a really positive experience. The consistency of people involved in the project and strong communication between the teams from requirement gathering to delivery ensured that our aggressive timescales could be met. Every Zenzero team member’s commitment to quality and consistency certainly stood out throughout the project.
Overall we were particularly impressed by the speed at which Zenzero were able to start delivering parts of the application into our release cycle, along with the accuracy of the final delivered application was outstanding.
