We had great confidence in risual as they took the time to understand the outcomes of each individual office from different regions across the globe. Risual provided us with a project manager who worked directly with us to bring all the areas of different sites together. The account management side of things was great, with regular touch points to allow us to see that the project was still running within the budget and it was great to see how highly in-depth the knowledge each consultant had on Office 365.
Upon the search for the best solution, at the time risual were one of few organisations who actually had experience with using Power BI, there wasn’t many businesses out there who had much experience with it. James Connolly, Account Director at risual Ltd and Matt Bradley, Enterprise Architect at risual Ltd both made a very good impression with us on the initial meeting day – both very honest about Power BI, what they had knowledge on and what they didn’t. The processes and the people stood out at risual, we especially liked the availability of the staff, being able to allocate certain people to certain times was a great help. The work and the quality was to a very good standard.
We wanted to engage with a supplier that could also demonstrate a controlled methodology throughout the project management process. We’ve been really impressed with the excellent support that Risual have provided.
A core deliverable for us was to exit from the high costs of the Cisco voice platform and its associated upgrade costs, especially in the current economic climate. We recognised that an alternative platform could not only save money, but risual were able to demonstrate that we could also access to additional features and functionality really benefits from a fully integrated Unified Communication platform.
The process that risual took us through meant that we were able to successfully integrate with our existing IT infrastructure, using industry standard software and hardware. We’ve seen and increased interaction between staff across our sites without a corresponding increase in travel.
