We are picky with our suppliers, but Total have done a great job. Our day to day contact really understands the production demands of Endemol – it feels like he’s got his own key to the building.
With Total, we can just offload a task, then they will know when to question us, what to ask, and when to push us. They’re responsive and get back to us quickly, and work with us over the weekend when it’s needed.

Other companies might tell you they’re a partner, but when it comes to it they’re just a supplier, and everything they talk about has a cost, but Total aren’t like that. We see Total as a partner – it’s not just a label, it’s something you feel.

Overall, if I tell Total there are things missing or something doesn’t work, they get straight on it – and the next thing I know I get a phone call saying the equipment will be turning up. I’ve worked with my account manager long enough that there is a good level of trust, and he’s saved me a lot in terms of time over the years.
Total has a no-nonsense attitude, and customers always get the care and attention that they deserve – I feel we are being looked after. On the larger projects, I go out to tender, but Total’s pricing always comes back as the most competitive.
I have recommended Total to many companies. Service is what’s most important to me, and with Total, I get exactly what I want, when I want it.

Total goes beyond the call of duty in the projects it does for us. For example, recently they came to put in a couple of cables in a floor box, but then tested the rest of the floor box, and fixed the faults that they found.
We’ve got more projects coming up for which we plan to work with Total, such as migrating to a new IP phone system. I feel confident that whatever I throw at them, they can help.
The relationship with Total is more like working with a friend or colleague than with a supplier – it’s always a good, friendly atmosphere, and I can phone, text or email whenever I need.
I would recommend them unreservedly.
