From the literally overnight and uneventful move in August from our own Microsoft Exchange 2003 server hosted at Rogers to the Gridway’s Exchange as a service, to the similarly uneventful and smooth transition in October from our own Microsoft Server 2003 and SQL Server hosted at Rogers to the Gridway cloud, your team has exceeded our expectations. While I had every confidence in your implementation plan, and a well-managed transition, I am not accustomed to major technology changes without unforeseen issues and underestimates of complexity. I did not expect such smooth transitions. After all, it’s technology where Murphy rules! Your team at Gridway should be commended for their performance and please do not hesitate to use me as reference.
