CAE are technically sound, they follow best practice and instil confidence. They have good account management and excellent ties with Cisco.
CAE took the time to understand our business and the journey we wanted to go on. CAE worked in direct partnership with the force technical teams in taking ownership of issues and finding appropriate solutions which was a key element to the project’s success.
We’ve always felt particularly valued and prioritised by CAE. We’re aware they’ve grown a lot as a company - but they’ve always given us the same high level of service, even though we are not a massive client.
We’ve dealt with other IT companies in the past and you can sometimes end up being kicked into the long grass and forgotten about. Not so with CAE. We’ve had the same account manager and engineer throughout our relationship. They always listen well and suggest positive ideas, rather than try to force a solution onto us.With CAE, we never felt on our own. Their personnel was consistent throughout. The decision to go for ACI with our data centres was a bold move. But CAE put in all the effort required and got the most from Cisco on our behalf, making the project a success. On the WAN side, the smoothness of the transition was amazing, thanks to the technical expertise and planning.
EMC and CAE play a part by providing excellent foresight, knowledge, and technical capabilities. EMC Data Domain, EMC NetWorker, and our EMC infrastructure also contribute to the fight against cancer.
CAE took time to listen closely and understand our business. They then provided IT applications and services that enable us to compete in collaboration, mobility and productivity terms with some of the leading players in our marketplace. The fact we could do this with minimal time, cost and risk was a huge advantage. Our new IT will also be an enabler for future growth for Oblix Capital.
