Nviron’s founders, many of who are still with the company today, in particular the Chairman Stuart Rae, were IT engineers who didn’t like having ‘products’ forced upon them by IT Re-Sellers. As a result, they started Nviron as a pure IT services company that could advise organisations and deliver outstanding service with no agenda to drive a particular set of products.

We didn’t previously have access to such quick response times as we do now with Nviron. They are always ready and waiting for our calls, should we have a problem that needs addressing. This was one of the most important factors that lead us to working with Nviron. Before we were introduced to Nviron, I was having to replace hard drives and other equipment on a regular basis. This was less than ideal as it gave me little time to plan and build out a more superior system.
Nviron has given us a completely integrated technology and telephony solution that outshines other schools. The students face no barriers to learning and we are giving them the most dynamic environment possible to do that. Investing at this scale, I had to be sure that I was making the right choice and that it would last for at least 10 years. The new platform has prepared the school and everyone in it for the new technology age and our long term mutual partnership with Nviron will support us along the way.
Nviron takes a proactive approach to ensuring our systems are up-to-date and running smoothly. To date we have had no service outages.
A couple of drives failed on our PS Series storage and we were told that an engineer was coming before we even knew there was a problem. It’s exactly the type of support we wanted, and it means we’ve got one less thing to worry about.The technical support received via Nviron and SonicWall during the implementation period and beyond has been exemplary and any questions and challenges were dealt with immediately. We really couldn’t ask for more.
