We moved from a competitor to Cyberian's Voicelogic. It was soon after discovered that one of the Voicelogic features would not work on our Polycom switchboard phones. Our Representative, Nick, told me, "We found a solution with a different phone manufacturer. When you went with Voicelogic, we understand you were not expecting to buy different phones. We're going to pay for them and not charge you for that." I thought that was amazing and unbelievable.
On another occasion, we were having difficulty with our internet dropping out. Mike Reese spent several days here working to prove that it was a carrier issue and pressed them to get us a solution, which they finally came through. I really appreciate his "can do" commitment.
