The digital transformation we have undergone as a housing association has brought us closer to our customers and to the way in which they currently use technology through mobile phones, laptops and social media. This digital channel shift means that we offer an improved service to our customers via all the modern channels of communication, allowing them access 24 hours a day, seven days a week to a whole range of service enquiries, through all our systems.
Thanks to our partnership with FourNet, we have moved away from disparate, separate legacy telephone systems to a fully centralised, single system including pioneering chatbot, where 66% of all our inward contacts both starts and finishes through digital channels.FourNet are quick to respond to any questions or issues. We are able to have a technical conversation with any number of people from the support desk upwards. It's always easy to pick up the phone and talk to someone who understands our business and has time for us.
We felt that FourNet worked the same way as we do here at NHBC. There is a greater synergy between the two companies, they understood our business more in the six months that we have been with them than our other provider did over the years of our contract.
The Cisco communications solution that Nowcomm implemented allows the right people to talk to the right experts regardless of whether they are in the office or on customer site or travelling around the world and is one of the keys to allowing us to continue to grow the business.
Nowcomm have delivered us a flexible robust and secure wireless solution that allows Soper to meet BMW’s stringent retail standards, offer new wireless Point Of Sale applications, provide quality guest internet access for customers and enables a platform for further development to make Soper BMW a true modern retailing dealer.
It was clear from Nowcomm’s proposal that they had both listened to and understood our needs and had developed a solution to match.
