Our digital landscape required a transformation to better support our central, remote and store-based colleagues. The TIEVA team played a pivotal role in this process. By thoroughly understanding our IT strategy, they meticulously designed and delivered a comprehensive, managed service solution, which has given us a more secure, scalable and resilient network across all our sites. Additionally, we have migrated our stores to a new future ready telephony system, offering an array of new features aligned to our business needs.
The college experienced serious constraints on Chromebooks during the Covid-19 pandemic, it was therefore essential to partner with a supplier who could meet the demand. TIEVA were that supplier. Orders were turned around quickly, enabling the college to get devices into students’ hands quickly. Coupled with great service, we continue our relationship with TIEVA going forward.
The migration from a Citrix Xen desktop environment, hosted on-premise, to Citrix Cloud posed many challenges, but with the expertise and perseverance of the dedicated team at TIEVA these were all overcome and they have delivered a solution that future-proofs desktop delivery for all our staff.
Working with TIEVA has been swift and efficient. We look forward to collaborating with TIEVA on future solutions.
I was fortunate enough to have inherited a true ‘trusted supplier’ in TIEVA. At my time of joining the business, it had already been selected to complete the SD-WAN implementation, which has been through a few twists and turns as our requirements have changed during the rollout.
