As a business growing incredibly quickly looking to implement our own finance system for the first time, we wanted to make sure that we had complete trust with TES. Right from the get go, we knew that TES was the partner for us. They provide high quality solutions, attention to detail and outstanding levels of customer service; these three qualities combined made working with TES one of the most enjoyable projects we have worked on. Some things just work out much better than you hope for. TES knew where we wanted to get to and understood where we’d come from. From direct access to their technical lead consultants to the deep dive into our operations, they gave us the confidence that both of us knew what we were getting into. The upgrade impacted everyone in the company and TES allowed us the time we needed to make sure it worked for all. You can put us down as a happy customer! The prospect of changing supplier and upgrading is a big deal, but if you have the right partner it’s just not an issue.
From our initial meeting, I knew TES really were experts with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. All the team display the values of passion, quality and integrity; our project manager kept us informed every step of the way, with Lee conducting worthwhile and informative training with our staff. Claire, our Account Manager is exceptional and we are looking forward to rolling it out to our other businesses.
The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV at Laver Leisure has totally transformed our business. We can focus on growing the business without trying to force an outdated system to do what it can’t. Our focus is now on the business, not the system. We also have a portal (an in-house piece of software developed by Total Enterprise Solutions), which allows us to allocate budgets to our other sites rather than everything going through Head Office. Now divisions can run and allocate spend, while Head Office just authorise and double check. This, in itself, allows decisions to be made much quicker.
