Applied Imaging is an integral part of our dayto-day business. They help us make things the way they need to be, streamlined and simplified for our end users. I’m one of those people that is very loyal and working with Applied, to me, it’s a no-brainer to stay with somebody that is tried and true and knows our company.
We have a quality vendor that is looking at the total cost of ownership as it relates to our copying and printing needs. We also have a one-stop shop which makes it easy to make one phone call to someone who understands the technology, the needs of my company and can recommend the right equipment.
Working with Applied Imaging and OnBase has allowed me to grow and take on other responsibilities like learning how to project manage a software implementation. Our experience with Applied Imaging has been phenomenal. They have helped us every step of the way and made great suggestions on how to improve our processes. Any work they've done for us has been completed correctly and saved us countless man hours. And we've made good friends along the way.
NetSmart Plus has brought us up-to-date technology wise and since I’m one of the go-to people, it’s made my job easier. We don’t have a big full-time staff, so they handle everything while do our jobs. They’re quick and fast. If we have a virus, they’re on it.
Anytime we have a power outage, they rescue us immediately and we’re back online. Whenever they do a survey, we give them a perfect score.They are all about customer service and we are too. We pride ourselves as having three times the level of service that's ordinarily provided in sports. Applied Imaging has that same thought process and really gives us a wonderful level of service.
They are a great partner in every way, shape, or form. I'd recommend Applied Imaging for anyone in need of any kind of technology.I get a certain amount of pride when I go down the road and I see an Applied Imaging truck and I know it’s local. I know they support the charities and the communities the way that we support it. Plus, withApplied Imaging, I’m freeing up my IT guys and freeing up my controller. I get information from my IT department and my controller faster and at the end of the day, that’s my big benefit.
If you ask what’s the word on the street about Applied Imaging, you hear all good, so it was a very easy decision. I don’t know the intricacies about the functionalities of today’s copiers or printers and ink and toner. But I know if there’s a better solution, they’ll send somebody out to help me understand and make my work a little bit more efficient and affordable. I enjoy doing business with people that enjoy doing business. It’s easy to say I recommend Applied Imaging.
