Firebird Tech Partners have been our 3rd party IT Service Provider for years now. They have experts who worked with our organization to identify our cloud, security, and infastructure needs. They did an in-depth analysis of our exiting environment and provided a strategic roadmap to remedy the current risks and prevent furture exposures.
Our organization spanned multiple locations. A corporate office in Pleasantiville, NY, a 206,000 square foot warehouse and shipping operation in Valencia, CA and a Madison Ave (NY, NY) showroom. All 3 locations and hybrid personnel home locations, were built into the project.
FTP's recommendations and solutions were deployed 3+ years ago without incident or delay. FTP has continued to proactively upgrade our deployment, adding new technology and upgrading or removing old technology to meet the needs of the ever changing cybersecurity and cloud landscape.
