The biggest benefit of having Integrated Axis manage our IT services is being able to rely on them to take care of the business so we don’t have to follow up. The IA team will do anything they can do to assist, always! I like the ticket system and the follow-up thereafter. When I get the notification that a job is done, details of what was done are always included which is so very helpful. If you are on the fence, get off!
