We're hiring a tech Product Manager for our Melbourne / Sydney Team to lead Clevertouch strategy, product development, and customer engagement in ANZ.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Clevertouch interactive solutions in the Australian, NZ, and Pacific Island markets, taking into consideration market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. This includes building our supporting solution sets that support the Clevertouch user experience across all verticals, for the Australian, NZ, and Pacific Island markets.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap through to the Vendor along with building out ASI Products around the Clevertouch solutions, prioritising features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer feedback.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements through continuous market research and competitive analysis.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to gather, analyse, and prioritise product requirements.
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality interactive panels products.
  • Business Development: Drive development of new customers and target markets, executive relationships with key stakeholders in the Education & Government departments.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies, to successfully launch and promote Clevertouch interactive solution products, this includes to all verticals, being including Education, Commercial & Government.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, actively collecting and prioritising customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance and key metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise go to market plans.
  • Travel & Demonstrations: Responsible for maintaining travel plans and demonstration standard of account executives across the country, this includes being involved in bids, tenders or demonstrations where needed.

A Bit about you…

  • Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of interactive panels and related technologies.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
