We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Exigo Tech. As a Project Manager for Infrastructure and Applications, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering a variety of projects related to IT infrastructure and applications. This position requires a strong background in project management, technical knowledge of infrastructure and applications, and excellent communication skills.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage project plans, clearly defining scope, timelines, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.
- Delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and network projects and transformations from inception to completion
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure hardware, software, and network infrastructure meet project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure projects.
Application Development and Deployment:
- Manage projects related to application development, customization, and deployment.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure applications meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate testing and validation processes for applications.
Client Communication:
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact regarding project status and updates.
- Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills and support.
- Collaborate with department managers to optimize resource utilization across projects.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and applications.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, executive leadership, and project sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, specifically within an MSP environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
