Main duties:

  • Providing Level 1 and 2 technical support onsite and remotely.
  • Escalating jobs to level 3.
  • Proactive support maintaining client IT environments.
  • Assisting senior technicians.

Essential to your success:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and telephone manner.
  • A passion for all things technology
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with the following operating systems and applications.
  • Microsoft Windows.
  • Microsoft Server.
  • Microsoft Office 365 Applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware issues.
  • Experience managing network infrastructure.

Advantageous to your success in providing 1st and 2nd Line IT Support:

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
  • Experience with Mac OS X, and Linux, VOIP systems, Storage Systems and MDM solutions.
  • Experience working in a data centre environment.
  • IT certifications (i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Apple)
