Main duties:
- Providing Level 1 and 2 technical support onsite and remotely.
- Escalating jobs to level 3.
- Proactive support maintaining client IT environments.
- Assisting senior technicians.
Essential to your success:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and telephone manner.
- A passion for all things technology
- 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with the following operating systems and applications.
- Microsoft Windows.
- Microsoft Server.
- Microsoft Office 365 Applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Experience managing network infrastructure.
Advantageous to your success in providing 1st and 2nd Line IT Support:
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
- Experience with Mac OS X, and Linux, VOIP systems, Storage Systems and MDM solutions.
- Experience working in a data centre environment.
- IT certifications (i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Apple)
