The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our Infrastructure Solutions team in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid work available.

 

Provide support to Account Executives and Account Managers in achievement of sales targets through:

  • Timely response to all internal & external queries
  • Accurate and timely preparation of quotations using Portal & other applications as necessary
  • Assist with sales proposal preparation
  • Assist with input of Tenders as required
  • Preparation of Customer price lists and distribution
  • Portal pricing input and pricing maintenance
  • On a weekly basis, examine the Back Order report and serve as the point of contact for addressing issues and inquiries related to order fulfilment.
  • Develop & maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders ie., external & internal clients, to ensure quality customer service ensuring long-term strategic customer relationships that exceed customers’ expectations
  • Assist Account Executives/Managers with forecasting, account planning updates, and debtor management
  • Attend trade and customer events where relevant
  • Source, quote and supply products to achieve maximum competitive advantage and revenue to Data#3 and understand suppliers of preference

The experience you will bring to this role:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales administration or customer-focused support role, in an ICT environment
  • Effective negotiation and problem-resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice
  • Demonstration of IT product knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including:
  • Experience with MS Office suite products, particularly Word & Excel
  • Experience using the Internet.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders
