What will you be doing?

Consulting with Chamonix means no two engagements are the same. As our new Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with our Consulting Team to develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies and play a crucial role in our client’s transition from “current state” to “future state”.


How will you help contribute to our success?

  • Identify gaps between the current and desired future states and participates in the development of target architectures and solutions through new projects and initiatives to close the gaps between the current and future-states, including consolidating and unifying a range of roadmaps, proposed change projects etc.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, senior leaders, digital and project teams to ensure the alignment of the corporate and digital strategies, and architecture vision
  • Create Transition Plans that define the steps for how to move from the "current state" to the "future state." Develops and manages the current state, target states, transition states of business, application, data and technology architecture
  • Provide support to all aspects of the project life cycle from ideation through to post-implementation review through the requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Develop Reference Architectures for their specific architecture domain, including the implementation approach.
  • Develop detailed business cases including information on high-level initiatives and confidently present to all levels including senior leadership and board members.

What skills does our ideal candidate have?

  • Proven experience in strategic enterprise architecture planning & implementation.
  • Proven experience in providing hands on delivery while working in an advisory capacity.
  • Extensive progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively.
  • Experience in an architecture area of specialisation (business, information, digital experience, technology, research technology and integration) within a complex environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, in a matter that is easily understood, authoritative, and actionable for the business.
  • Proven ability to apply TOGAF, Archimate and other architecture frameworks to produce and communicate architecture to stakeholders.
