As a Senior Software Developer in our Customer Success department, you will collaborate closely with the INS Digital Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within a best practice Agile framework. Your expertise in software development and your commitment to continuous improvement will drive the success of our projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this role you will:

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in software development, with expertise in a variety of technologies.
  • Proven track record in developing robust and scalable Web and Desktop/Server applications.
  • Strong grasp of key software development concepts like Polymorphism and Inversion of Control.
  • Proficiency in multi-threaded and asynchronous coding principles.
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum) development, including test-driven methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with diverse technical audiences.
  • Relevant Experience with the following: ASP.NET Web API, C#, SSDT and Database Projects, Enterprise grade source control systems such as TFS and GIT, RESTful web development, Angular, 2+ or KnockoutJS, JavaScript/Typescript, D3.js or SVG experience, HTML5/CSS3 and SQL Server 2012
