How will you help contribute to our success?

  • Develop solutions using the extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, CRM & Power Platform capabilities in meeting business requirements.
  • Build upon and extend the integration of the Microsoft Power Platform across all technologies.
  • Facilitate and run scoping workshops to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered against
  • Develop and implement applications as required (including SharePoint Online, Intranet, templates, online forms and workflow) in line with branding guidelines and designs from UX/UI artefacts. Ensure features are compliant with Government standards such as security, information management and compliance, and web accessibility.
  • Lead and develop training materials, and coordinate training for stakeholders including end users and support resources.
  • Collaborate and work closely with project managers, business analyst and key subject matter experts across the IT Services team.

What skills does our ideal candidate have?

  • Strong ability within the Microsoft stack, in particular D365 modules; Marketing and Customer Insights
  • Experienced in development of Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, SharePoint, Azure)
  • Experience with implementing a Modern SharePoint environment (Online, 2019 or 2016)
  • Experience in implementation of IT systems and projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and maturity to relate to staff at all levels within the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of fundamental IT concepts, systems, platforms, tools and technologies, programming methodology, hardware, software and services
  • Experience with migration of identity, mail, documents and other data into and out of SharePoint or Office 365
  • Experience with third-party records management solutions including RecordPoint, Objective, orTRIM/HPRM/Content Manager.
  • Experience with third-party BPM tools including Nintex, K2, or similar.
