Our Versent Modern Run practice is looking for a Devops Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing, optimising, and supporting our clients' cloud environments.

On a day to day you will collaborate with our cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of cloud solutions in AWS.

To be successful in the role, you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS,
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Is responsive to client alerts, incidents, problems, changes and service requests within agreed SLAs; via the client’s preferred ITIL Service Management tools or Slack, Email, chat, phone, etc as required.
• Provide exceptional customer support and build strong client relationships.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support when necessary.
• Focuses on automation and continuous improvement to drive improved outcomes for our clients and team.
• Collaborates and co-ordinates with their team and client Engineers to resolve incidents, problems or implement changes; openly sharing and utilising their advanced knowledge as required.
• Understands CI and CD processes.
• Works productively in a high-pressure environment, keeping emotions under control and maintaining a positive outlook at work.
• Is open, honest and authentic in their communication.
