What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager with Chamonix, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project outcomes aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, showcasing proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

How will you help contribute to our success?

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to manage expectations and ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing strategies to minimize impact and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project deliverables.

What skills does our ideal candidate have?

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams.
  • Commitment to implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for project deliverables.
  • Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 or equivalent certification.
  • Agile or Scrum Master certification is desirable.
