What will you be doing?
As a Project Manager with Chamonix, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project outcomes aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, showcasing proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
How will you help contribute to our success?
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to manage expectations and ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing strategies to minimize impact and ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
What skills does our ideal candidate have?
- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams.
- Commitment to implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for project deliverables.
- Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 or equivalent certification.
- Agile or Scrum Master certification is desirable.
