The core mission of the Practice Director for Identity is to accelerate net new growth within Identity domain. This role operates across all the Versent business geographies, focusing on delivering advisory and partnership-led lead opportunities as an initial point to develop net new customers, or net strategic opportunities in existing customers.

The role focuses on net new leads, expansion of strategic opportunities in existing customers, and thought leadership for strategic pursuits/deals that result in long-term consulting outcomes. This is achieved through the expertise that the role brings to the strategic customer conversations, partially in matching and shaping business requirements and outcomes.

The Director works with the regional growth function to develop engagements and leads into strategic customers, demonstrating Versent’s capability and leadership. The Director is accountable for working directly with the customer to develop the solution and commercial outcome for the client engagements.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Presales & Solution Leadership: Responsible for pre-sales, advisory and business development support for all new and existing customers in a region to Customer Partners and Senior Account Executives.
  • Advisory & Business Requirements: In collaboration with the customer account teams, the Director is accountable for leading and building the customer outcomes in Proof of Value/Concept, YBR, customer demos or advisory engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Provides growth and market leadership for their specific market offering

Skills & Experience to make you successful in the role

  • Outcomes focused with a strong track record on execution (10+ years), and possesses the ability to work at pace, while also being capable of both taking direction and working well independently.
  • Project delivery in a Consulting environment
  • Relationship and Sales management with proven experience in client engagement
  • Extensive experience in developing commercial offerings and negotiating to close
  • Experience and familiarity to Identity and Access Management tools and offerings.
  • People Leadership experience
