What will you be doing?

Consulting with Chamonix means no two engagements are the same. As the Lead Mobile Application Developer at Chamonix, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of mobile applications for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.

How will you help contribute to our success?

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the mobile development team, ensuring best practices and high coding standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project timelines and ensure timely delivery of mobile applications.
• Lead the design and architecture of mobile applications, making informed decisions on technology stack and ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Hands-on development using Xamarin, MAUI or React Native, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile application development.

What skills does our ideal candidate have?

• Proven experience as a Mobile Application Developer with a focus on Xamarin, MAUI, or React Native.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with mobile app development, Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and Xamarin.
• Ability to engage with clients and gain a strong understanding of their development requirements and interpret into exceptional solutions.
• Proficiency and passion for creating seamless and engaging user experience.
• Possesses an innate passion for software development and quality, with the ability to think creatively.
• Experience in solving platform specific challenges for both IOS and Android.
• Experience integrating mobile application with back-end services will be highly regarded.
