Technical Services Officer

Level 1 & 2

• Provide onsite and remote Level 1 & 2 technical support
• Undertake setup, installation, and onboarding tasks for new and existing projects for customers as assigned.
• Complete documentation of solutions, environments, and processes for new and existing clients.
• Utilise the systems available for effective delivery of projects including CW Manage, Automate, Control, ITGlue, Keepass, Lionguard.
