The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Agile Business Analyst to partner with our Hosting businesses on a number of exciting system enhancement/improvement projects. In this role, you will work to capture requirements and translate them into cost-effective specifications. You will be supported by Developers and QA to form working solutions and ultimately bring these plans to life. You will be joining our awesome and highly skilled IT Services Team.

What you'll be doing

• Gather and document both technical and functional requirements for enhancements to existing and new systems.
• Work with our internal Business Units team to convert requirements into solutions.
• Produce specifications including user stories, process mapping, data flow design, UI design and API integration
• Work with an Agile software team and be involved in all stages of Agile development lifecycle
• Run daily stand-ups and contributing to sprint planning.
• Be a trusted subject matter expert and assist the IT Applications Support team.
• Supporting UAT testing.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from each business unit to ensure IT can meet their needs

Your essential skills & experience

• Have an IT/technical BA background - ideally from the ICT industry
• 5+ years of experience in a BA role conducting end-to-end business analysis working on both technical and functional business requirements.
• Strong experience working in an Agile environment running daily ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Strong experience translating business requirements to the developer team.
• Be a collaborative and skilled Business Analyst ready for your next career development move
• Demonstrate confidence to manage and prioritise your own projects
• Comfortable with wearing multiple hats and learning different skills
• Love working with a variety of people and can influence outcomes
• Be able to put your name on amazing projects you're proud of
