Is this the role for you?

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
  • Facilitate the implementation of Dynamics CE or Dynamics F&O solutions
  • Participate in Agile Development processes and DevOps practices
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users
  • Continuously monitor and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement


To be successful in this role:

  • Experience implementing or customising Dynamics CE or Dynamics F&O
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile Development methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in a Services based or Financial role an advantage
