Fusion5 is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Support Consultant to join our exceptional Fusion5 family based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

We have a very successful track record in delivering Microsoft solutions out of our award-winning practice, and we’ve been a member of the Microsoft Inner Circle since 2017. As part of the Inner Circle we’re called upon to contribute to Microsoft’s own business applications strategy and the aspects that impact partners like us.

You will love this role if you are someone who enjoys engaging and supporting customers, learning what drives their business success and using your insight to improve their service delivery, all whilst providing strong thought leadership as you help customers and team members achieve their goals.

The role is for a capable strong consultant who:

• Has recent Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM experience
• Has an understanding of how businesses work and can back this up with commercial experience
• Has a friendly and customer focused attitude with a passion for excellence, quality and customer care
• Can be a chameleon, able to change modes from hands-on functional configuration to running customer meetings or getting stuck in with business process discussions
• Can provide informative, business-ready training for customer stakeholders.

You’ll also have the following:

• 2 – 4 years minimum in a similar customer facing role
• Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and users as well as seniors, peers and developers across the product teams
• The ability to address/rationalise application issues and understand the technologies supporting the application.
