The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar IT support position. In this role, you will have the chance to engage with a broad range of the latest IT technologies. If you have skills in providing general IT support services and have a desire to further extend your knowledge whilst working with a dynamic and fun team, this opportunity is perfect for you.

The successful applicants will have:

* Excellent verbal and written Communication skills are essential

* A strong customer focus and the ability to develop sound working relationships with clients

* Presales experience with ability to contribute towards IT proposals and quotes

* Tertiary IT qualifications (University or College/TAFE)

* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

* A strong service ethic and have a proactive, energetic approach to IT support

* Ability to multi-task, prioritise & work to deadlines

* A desire to extend knowledge and gain further experience

* Ability to follow instructions and also be able to work unsupervised


Applicants must also possess:

* Troubleshooting skills for Operating Systems and Applications (Microsoft Windows & Mac OS within modern workspace environments)

* Comprehensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365 administration including Exchange, MS Teams, SharePoint and One Drive

* Active Directory Administration for both On-Premises, Azure (Entra) & Hybrid deployments

* Experience in configuring and installing computer hardware onsite (Desktop/Laptop/Networking Equipment)

* Networking & Wi-Fi knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN's etc.)

* Server Virtualisation knowledge (i.e. Hyper-V, VMware) + backup technologies

* Sound knowledge of Cyber Security principals and compliance

* Experience with operating system patching and mitigation works

* Anti-Virus End Point Protection Kaspersky/Webroot/TrendMicro

* A valid driver’s license and own motor vehicle


The Following is an advantage but not essential:


* Microsoft MCSE/MCITP/MCP certification

* Exposure to websites and CMS's such as WordPress

* Exposure to VOIP technologies (MS Teams Telephony)

* Exposure to Audio Visual technologies

* Firewall Installation / management skills (e.g. Fortinet Firewalls or similar)


Extensive technology experience is necessary along with hands on experience in a similar IT support role. This role is primarily a 1st to 3rd level Support position working in a great team environment.
