About the role

With continued success, we are expanding and we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Systems Administrator (Infrastructure & Cloud). 

We are looking for strong technical horsepower, experience across multiple technical domains and solutions, customer obsession, a positive attitude, and a desire to be challenged and learn. 

The type of person we seek

You’ll have strong experience in: 

• Level 2 & 3 technical support and troubleshooting across a range of exciting technologies (AWS and/or Azure, Microsoft, Next-Gen Firewalls)
• Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, service requests, events, and problem tickets
• Communicating with customers on technical items
• Delivering outstanding customer service
