Fujifilm CodeBlue has its roots stemming back to 2003, starting off as a Brisbane-based MSP which now supports customers remotely and locally in all major capitals. 

THE OPPORTUNITY 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Practice Lead to join our CodeBlue business.  

This role will involve leading the security team to deliver best in class cyber security products, services and consulting to CodeBlue’s Managed Service customers. You will also be responsible for the growth of the security practice to new and existing CodeBlue customers.  

The Cyber Security Practice Lead is also responsible for the implementation and management of internal security systems, practices, and controls to protect company data as well as the achievement and maintenance of compliance certifications and standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing cyber security policies and strategies, educating staff on cyber security best practice, and overseeing cyber security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the CodeBlue Cyber Security Practice in all aspects  
  • Lead the cyber security team and ensure that the team is meeting the company’s cyber security objectives 
  • Lead customer meetings presenting to C-Level and management as required  
  • Understand and interpret customer needs to define and articulate solution outcomes leading to growth  
  • Develop and maintain cyber security incident response processes 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and technologies. 
  • Security Incident, Problem and Change Management 
  • Maintain company standard documentation 
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats  
  • Internal training including Sales Enablement, Security Awareness and Service Desk  
  • Develop and implement internal Information Security strategies, policies, and procedures 
  • Acts as the “Information Security Manager” role for ISO27001 purposes 
  • Lead ISO27001 internal and external audits 
  • Own relationships with 3rd party cyber security vendors 
  • Maintains the cyber security practice budget and other financial responsibilities. 
  • Create and maintains FUJFILM CodeBlue Australia consulting products and offerings 
  • Attends and participates cyber security Industry events 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • 5+ years' experience in Cyber Security/ Information Security with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure 
  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards, and best practices 
  • Excellent experience with Antivirus, EDR, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Mail Security, Data Loss Prevention, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, Patching, Operating System Hardening, Dark Web Monitoring, Application Patching and SIEM & SOAR tools. 
  • Experience in Cyber Security management and related functions such as IT Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Information Management, Data Loss Prevention, Cyber Security Insurance, Information Security Awareness, etc. 
  • Excellent understanding of various Frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, ASD Essential 8, APRA CPS 234, PCI-DSS, GDPR etc. 
  • Excellent understanding of Australia Privacy Law. 
  • Ability to manage and direct 3rd party contractors / suppliers to ensure a quality outcomes 
  • Ability to manage onshore and offshore resources 

Desirable skills 

  • Master’s degree in Cyber/Information Security  
  • Certifications (Microsoft/ITIL/ISO/Cyber Security Related)  
  • Certifications such as CISSP or CISM
