The Cabco team handled all of our cabling and security needs for our recent office move to Queen’s Marque. There are always moments of stress when moving; however, not once did we experience a concern with the work done by Cabco. It is with great pleasure and confidence that I write this letter of reference for Cabco Communications Group. The project that they completed for us was very large in scope and under a very tight timeline. We are a private boarding school with about 200 students living on campus full time. Each student room has its own telephone set and that added with administration and the house parent telephones, combined to form a large telephone system and a large number of set replacements. Along with the upgrade in phone service, we also installed a new voicemail system and call accounting package. The engineering and installation of the Avaya IP Office solution by Cabco was nearly flawless for a project with such a large scope. The lead technicians went far above and beyond what I consider to be good customer service. They were professional, patient and and easy to work with. The sales team were also excellent and kept the project on budget and on time.
