We were looking to work with a Managed IT Support Provider (MSP) who could align IT with out business needs and future aspirations.
We have had the pleasure of working with the team at CPS during the development and build of our new company wide IT system. The team at CPS have a deep technical knowledge and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Their ability to understand our specific needs and deliver tailored solutions has been instrumental in enhancing our operational efficiency and achieving our business goals. On top of that, the team were also very easy to work with! Highly recommended.
With CPS Managed Support Services, we have a team of specialists that give all our staff great confidence, and CPS’ work on our vision and strategy has been superb. They are lovely people to work with, down to earth, and understand business processes and the charity sector. Many of our people aren’t technical, and it’s great that CPS seems to be so sensitive to that.
