I like most the peace of mind WAMS brings when it comes to relying on backups and system recovery (disaster recovery). My last experience was the retrieval of a small database that we found corrupted and was easily and quickly retrieved by WAMS for us. Backups are local and fast - then they are replicated afterhours to the WAMS data centers, which is efficient and doesn't interfere with the network performance during the workday of the production staff.

I love the consistency of the WAMS staff. It's nice to have been dealing with the same folks for our 10+ year relationship. And, of course, all the knowledge, competence, and genuine desire to make the client happy doesn't hurt.
