Ultimately, we wanted to get rid of the paper trail and totally trust Ergo to help us do it. Everything we have scoped and asked them to do they have delivered.
Ergo projects are always on time and on budget, and the ongoing relationship management continues to demonstrate the same level of quality.
I know they have a number of Microsoft MVPs (Most Valuable Professionals – awarded to exceptional engineers), so we haven’t even thought of looking elsewhere for the Microsoft side of our business. I could see straight away how knowledgeable Ergo were and their recommendations made sense to us. They have helped put a roadmap on where we want to go over the next few years.
It’s been very successful. Ergo constructed the kit; installed it and handed over its management to our internal team to get VMware configured. Then they came back to fine tune and complete the documentation. It was a very smooth exercise – it couldn’t have gone better.
Ergo is incredibly professional with the best technical guys in their field. The account manager is always responsive and they never promise anything they can’t deliver. Engineers seem to know your business before they turn up and have obviously consulted with colleagues – nothing is done in isolation.
Ergo has strength in depth which is a big factor when you consider the scope of a project like this and the multiple business units involved. It was important to have people assisting us who knew the technicalities and knew them well.
