- Stabilise is a London managed service provider that specialises in Apple. We design, run and secure Mac-first IT for startups, creative agencies, film and TV production companies and architecture practices, on-site across London Zones 1 to 3 and remotely across the UK. We also support the Windows machines, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 that sit alongside the Macs.
Most clients come to us with a fleet that grew faster than its IT. We enrol Macs in device management (Jamf, Mosyle or Iru, chosen per client), set up single sign-on and MFA, and take the business through Cyber Essentials Plus. Day-to-day support comes from named engineers and an AI helpdesk in Slack or Teams. Anything it can't answer goes to an engineer, who replies in the same thread. Response targets depend on... plan and priority, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00). Urgent tickets on our Premium plan get a response within 15 minutes. Plans are priced per user per month on 30-day rolling contracts and quoted after a free audit. Projects such as network builds, migrations and office moves are scoped and quoted upfront.
We are an Apple Premium Technical Partner and Cyber Essentials Plus certified, and our engineers hold Jamf 300, ACSP and ACMT certifications. Stabilise Ltd was founded in 2025 by Dustin Rhodes and Alan Avins and is based in Clerkenwell, London EC1N.Technology- Services:
