I appreciated their analysis initially and that they pointed out things missed by our previous IT provider, such as email cleanup. They continue to make suggestions to put things into, or keep in, order. They also quickly address issues that arise, often over the weekend before we know there is an issue. Overall, they do a great job meeting our expectations, and I have no complaints. Overall, they’ve been spot-on in finding solutions that work well within our budget. They have a quick response time and resolution of issues – I love them.

The most impressive thing about Omega Systems is that I do not have to worry about IT on an in-depth level. Issues get picked quickly and their help desk is fast to respond and resolve. Our relationship manager and access to top management when we need it makes a huge difference as well.
