“Nasstar's performance has become significantly worse over recent years. They have repeatedly failed to provide the support when we've needed it. They appear to have outsourced their support services at some point - Responses to high priority issues are few and far between, most often coming in outside of usual business hours days later. Resolution times are exceptionally poor - High priority issues take months to resolve. It is no longer possible to speak directly to an engineer. Our account manager has seemingly dropped off the face of the earth - They were responding while we were trying to chase a ticket, then just stopped responding to emails or phone calls. I've repeatedly chased tickets for months at a time, and I'm still waiting on answers from 9+ months ago. I ended up having to track down a directors contact details to get a response, even then the engineer who picked it up wasn't able to organize a phone call. I raised a non-urgent ticket 3 days ago, just asking for clarification on the process to migrate a phone number, yet it still hasn't even been logged, let alone responded to. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing their performance is.”
