After several attempts of trying to find an IT vendor who would accommodate and prioritize a smaller organization, TFEC had finally found a match. From day 1, IntermixIT has treated TFEC as if we were their only client. They have revolutionized the way we process, protect and distribute or data both internally among staff as well as externally among our clients. They have kept our organization in front of every foreseeable issue which could arise in today information technology universe. TFEC is almost 100% cloud-based thanks to the consistent way IntermixIT reviews what we do and recommends suggestions for always moving forward. For a smaller organization, who cannot afford a full-time IT Director, IntermixIT has been a shining light as our organization fully entrusts them with the protection of our data.

A couple of years back we were utilizing a part time one man I.T. show, who supported us when it was most convenient for him rather than for our company. He had a 48 hour response time to get back to us and then took additional time to find and rectify the issue. Every minute that our systems were down our business suffered a significant potential for loss.
When making a decision to purchase something, remember you get what you pay for. We don’t have the an endless budget for I.T. services, however, we can’t afford to not have our systems up and running at all times. IntermixIT proved to have the quality of service we were looking for!
