Both Arbela’s management and technical staff are very responsive and knowledgeable. We used them in our initial roll-out of Dynamics AX 2009 and CRM 4.0, including several 3rd party integrations for AX. They’ve continued to support us for enhancements and maintenance over the past 3 years. Our requests have been met with immediate responses and support from their team – often requiring after-hours engagements. One of the best features about Arbela is their willingness to ‘train-the-trainer’ rather than simply support the client. This is particularly the case for their AX technical resources who are excellent!
Arbela has been our partner since 2007 when we first launched Dynamics AX 4.0. They were brought in to correct some issues that arose from our previous partners. They were honest with our business owners about what needed to be addressed and set expectations about what they could help us with. They have displayed consistent customer service throughout the years, have introduced us to new methods for operating within the systems, provided us with add-ins to enhance our products and trained us on various aspects of the system.
