We required a completely outsourced IT service provider to implement and manage a fully hosted server infrastructure. In addition we wanted to include the provision of high quality end to end help desk facilities covering Support, Data back-up and Disaster Recovery solutions.
Systems IT worked across two weekends before the “go-live” weekend to minimise any risk so the business was fully up and running at 6 am Monday morning. Two members of the implementation team were on site to support users as well as a member of the team at their offices.
The team at Systems IT helped Elysian Capital successfully navigate the challenges of combining an IT upgrade with an office move, whilst finding workable solutions to deal with the difficulty of a BT installation. Everyone in the business is pleased with the new office and our more flexible cloud based IT infrastructure which proved its worth during the recent power outage following the fire at Holborn. The whole team at Systems IT are very service focused and work hard to provide the best solution for their client at a competitive price.
Systems IT have been our “one-stop shop” to update and streamline our IT and telephone needs. We moved office in 2015 and their management of the transfer our telephone, internet and IT systems to our new premises was invaluable. They made our move, over a weekend, run smoothly so we were all up and running as normal by Monday morning. They are a great team to work with and we appreciate their prompt response to all our IT needs.
In setting up the IT systems for our organisation, we wanted to adopt a cloud based solution to complement our desire to be a flexible, nimble organisation. It was important for our IT systems to enable our operations and not limit them. Systems IT have been very efficient in setting up our systems, responding to any queries or requests we have on a timely, polite and professional basis. They have been accommodating throughout and we are very happy with the level of service received thus far.
We moved over to Systems IT over a year ago now, and the support has been excellent. The Helpdesk are always prompt to respond to any tickets raised, and the team do not hesitate to go above and beyond to help with any issues that may arise. Really happy with the service received thus far, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for superb IT support.
