In the past 5 years we have used Right! Systems for multiple projects ranging from storage to firewalls. The support is fantastic, and the projects are always completed surpassing our expectations. The sales staff is quick and friendly and always provided great pricing. The implementation engineers are knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Right! Systems, Inc. was extremely helpful to me when I walked on board 14 years ago as the IT Manager for The Doctors Clinic. A complete company-wide network architecture was successfully designed and implemented by Right! Systems ensuring that the new facility opened on time. Right! RSI really came through for us! That is an understatement. We had serious life/safety COVID-19 issues going on that could not be handled because of the Citrix Netscaler issues we were having. After unsuccessfully working through Citrix support for a few days, I placed a call to RSI in the evening and heard back almost immediately. We were on a Zoom session at 8:00 AM for several hours. Ryan, Sean, and Brett, along with our staff: Alan and Danley, became superstars through this experience. They are the heroes of Kitsap County’s COVID-19 response team. From the office workers at the County to the First Responders. Thank you RSI and Citrix for the work you put into solving this disastrous situation.
