Cloud4 provides first class, personal service that they have tailored to meet our needs. They also keep in contact with us to ensure that they continue to provide what we need, and keep us up to date with new service developments.
We used Cloud4 initially to help upgrade our small business server. Since then they’ve helped us move our email to the cloud, and backup our server on a daily basis to their datacentre. The service both at installation and since installation has been fantastic, first class.
Cloud4 made a huge effort to make our transition to their exchange server from our old provider as easy and efficient as possible with humans at the end of the phone rather than a call centre.
Cloud4 has proven to be an ideal partner for our business, providing a simple and affordable business telephony solution without the headaches normally associated with this critical service.
When issues have arisen they have been resolved with a clear commitment to getting us the best result possible. I would be pleased to recommend Cloud4’s hosted email platform.
