As the new CEO for Cabot & NOI Employees Credit Union, it was very apparent to me that there needed to be changes made in regards to IT service providers. Being a small Credit Union we don’t have the resources to have an IT staff. The relationship with the then IT company was poor at best. I was looking for a change.
After an extensive vetting process in which we looked at six IT vendors CTG stood head and shoulder above the competition. I have always felt like the personal human connection is critical for the success in a vendor relationship. Out of all the IT vendors I spoke with, I felt that CTG most closely represented what I was looking for.
Cabot & NOI Employees Credit Union’s relationship with CTG is fairly new, however, I have found CTG takes the time to understand my vision and goals for my company. The team is generally very responsive and helpful.

We are an accounting firm. We do audits, prepare tax returns, and do bookkeeping. CTG is the only IT service company we have ever used. We have always been very happy with our service. We feel very much at ease that the service that CTG is providing us has keep us on top of all the new technology and services.

Regardless of how difficult a request may be, if you do not know the answer, CTG will go find it. For extreme circumstances where immediate action needed to take place, instead of giving up as some companies may have, CTG thought outside the box and found a solution even if it was not the most conventional.

We were a small company of 4 employees. We were constantly having issues of having a lot of graphics and business files that were redundant on each computer. CTG helped us develop a computer network, and assisted us in the initial wiring, setup and training. They are now managing over 30 workstations on our network.
They have helped us grow our business. When we moved to our new location, they were an integral part of our pre-planning and construction. Anytime you are expanding, you need to watch your budget. We were able to use a portion of our old system, but the savings didn’t limit us for future expansion. This year we added a new server. Most of the work was done by CTG on line, behind our everyday activities. There was no downtime during the transition. We feel more secure with their service we received from CTG.

We interviewed a number of companies. All of them could perform the services we needed, but only CTG seemed interested in being a true partner in helping us meet today’s needs and working with us to envision and prepare for the future. We have been very pleased with the timely service they’ve offered us and their ability to help us grow our technologically. They have also been an integral part in making all of our systems more secure.
We are hopeful that our growth curve will continue and are thankful that CTG will be with us to provide guidance and support along the way.

We chose CTG because we knew that they had a proven track record of being able to get the job done. We have built a very good personal and business relationship with CTG. When something goes wrong they are always very quick to respond. The staff is very willing to go above and beyond when needed to help us out!

CTG came aboard January 1, 2013 and since that time we have had no computer issues resulting in down time with your team at the helm of IT support. Aaron Wise told us in our first meeting that customer service was his team's number one priority and that is evident in the manner in AOC staff is treated and also in the manner in which business is conducted once a work order is placed. Our issues are resolved in a very timely manner and work doesn't grind to a halt as was previously the case. Working with CTG's team of great people is a true delight and we could not be more pleased with your company's performance.

You are quick to respond to our needs! Good Afternoon, we had a small training lesson on customer service at lunch today. I bragged on how your company is a prime example of how it's supposed to be. You are quick to respond to our needs. You are willing to listen and create new systems to help us work smarter not harder and no one at CTG is impatient or condescending.
