We have recently migrated the infrastructure that provides our corporate internet access and also runs our web site (www.kentonline.co.uk) into Custodian Data Centre in Maidstone Studios away from the London based GS2 facility. The service provided by Custodian has been first class, their technicians and management have been extremely helpful and flexible to our requirements. The connectivity and hosting facilities at Custodian are excellent. I wouldn't think twice about recommending the facility.
Since becoming a client we've had a much more personal relationship between ourselves and Custodian. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and assistance is always available. This approach is quite different from previous experiences with other data centres. When conducting our research we found Custodian was very competitive both in cost and service.
Our primary objective was to find a data centre outside of London, with Custodian being on our door step they were the perfect option. Our dealings with the team have been great, always happy to help with any queries. Costs are competitive and very helpful on the technical side. Never have issues gaining access to the data centre on the odd occasion we have needed to pop in out of hours. I would certainly recommend Custodian to anyone looking for a data centre.
After spending a large amount of time looking at data centres in and around London, Custodian proved to be a perfect choice for us. They offered an excellent service - giving us 24/7 support, great connectivity, a green data centre and an attentive account manager who understands us and our needs. They even helped us to carry our servers to our area. I very much doubt that you would find this kind of personal service in any other data centre. Custodian offer the same connectivity and service that you would expect to find in London but they are close to us in Kent. They have an excellent technical team who have gone above and beyond the call of duty when I have been in need. I feel that I'm not just a cabinet number that is drawing power... and all this at a most agreeable price.
Custodian was chosen for its state-of-the-art colocation facility, competitive pricing and quality of technical support. They have thus far exceeded my expectations and the service has been exemplary.
When setting up our network, we were continually advised by Custodian's Technical Director and have found great support here ever since through our dedicated account manager. We regularly recommend Custodian: the well-designed infrastructure has allowed us to quadruple our business since moving and we expect to double again next year.
It was clear very early on that Custodian could offer excellent connectivity and power as well as a flexible approach to our business needs. These, along with value for money, were the deciding factors. We had an exceptional level of service when moving in - from great communication to coordinate the move, to flexibility. Our business has grown since joining and will continue to do so.
