We also were looking at other solutions from Cisco and Avaya. After a lengthy and rigorous evaluation process, Mariner chose the Nortel voice and data solution proposed by Enterprise Systems.

VeriCenter’s Data Center’s applications are mission critical, as it IS our business. Enterprise Systems’ personnel provided end to end project management and deployment in a highly professional and competent manner. The solution deployed is a Meridian 1 Option 61C with redundant Symposium 5.0 servers with standby server configuration and Web Client.
The project was very trying at times due to carrier scheduling and interface issues. Enterprise Systems’ pulled through. The personal way in which our needs are handled is a real differentiator. I could pick up the phone and contact the General Manager, Tommy Cross anytime to check the status on issues.
